A Wedding Planner assists you from the early planning stage—concept development, budgeting, vendor selection, and overall coordination—while a Wedding Organizer focuses on executing and managing the wedding day itself. We provide both services, so you can choose the level of support that fits your needs
Yes. But our offer is personalized to each couple needs
We do not provide fixed packages. Instead, each wedding package is personalized and tailored to your needs, and will be curated after the booking fee is confirmed.
We offer several payment phases as follows:
Booking Fee
IDR 5,000,000 for Weddings
IDR 3,000,000 for Engagements, Pre-weddings, and Other Events
(Payable no later than D+2 after the invoice is issued)
1st Payment: 30% (D-6 months before the event)
2nd Payment: 30% (D-3 months before the event)
Final Payment: 40% (D-1 of Technical Meeting of the Event)
If the booking is made closer to the event date, the payment terms will be adjusted according to the remaining timeline.
Example:
If you book your wedding 4 months before the wedding date, the payment terms will be:
Booking Fee: IDR 5,000,000
1st Payment: 60% (D-3 Months before the event)
Final Payment: 40% (D-1 of Technical Meeting of the Event)
If you book our Wedding Planner services, Selaras Wedding Planner will manage all vendor payments on your behalf, so you only need to make payments to us.
All payment reports, including official invoices and receipts, will be shared with you as proof of payment.
However, if you prefer to manage vendor payments directly, we fully respect and support that option.
Our Working Process:
1. Initial Consultation
Discussion with our Wedding Consultant via call or in-person meeting.
2. Booking Confirmation
Upon payment of the booking fee, your wedding date will be secured exclusively for you.
3. Proposal Development (for Wedding Planner services only)
We develop a customized wedding proposal based on your needs and vision.
4. Wedding Preparation
Comprehensive planning, coordination, and vendor management.
5. Technical Meeting (Required) & Rehearsal (Optional)
Final alignment with all parties to ensure a smooth execution.
6. Wedding Day Execution
Full on-site coordination to ensure your wedding runs seamlessly.
7. Post-Wedding Services
Final wrap-up, documentation, and closing administration.
